What we collect
Your email and display name at sign-up; your legal name and date of birth for payout and age verification; the payout destination you choose; your voice recordings and their transcripts from every exam; and the scores your attempts receive. We do not collect browsing data beyond what is needed to run the site.
Why we collect it
Recordings and transcripts exist to grade your exams — three independent readers score each transcript on four dimensions. Your legal name and date of birth go to payout reviewers and confirm you are 18 or older. The payout destination is where money is sent. Nothing collected is sold, and nothing collected is used to train models beyond grading the transcript in front of the graders.
Who sees it
Graders see recordings and transcripts — not your identity beyond the attempt. Payout reviewers see the details required to release money. You see everything you have recorded, in your account page, at all times.
Deletion
You can delete every recording and transcript from your account page at any time. Deletion does not affect passed topics or money already earned. Account deletion requests go through the contact form and are honored within thirty days; records required for payout settlement are retained until settlement completes.
Retention
Recordings and transcripts are kept until you delete them or your account. Ledger entries are retained for as long as they relate to a payout. Failed attempts and their transcripts are never removed by us on a schedule.
Security
Passwords are hashed; sessions are server-side; the database is file-local to the application and never exposed. Share links to results are cryptographically signed; a raw link without the signature shows nothing.

Anything about your data goes through the contact form on this site. A person reads every message.
